A mixture of whooping cough, diphtheria, and tetanus

Stage 1/First Injection course

Three times between ages 3 - 90 months　at 20 to 56 days intervals.

Stage 1/Booster Injection

After completion of the first injection course, a period of at least 6 months should lapse before administering a booster injection.

A mixture of diphtheria and tetanus

Once for those aged 11 - 12 years old (6^th grade of elementary school).

A mixture of rubella and measles

Stage 1

Age 12 - 24 months

Stage 2

Age 5 - 7 years old, during the year before the child enters elementary school.

Stage 3

1^st grade of Junior High School

Stage 4

1^st grade of High School

Japanese encephalitis

Stage 1/Booster Injection

Once only booster injection for those aged 6 - 90 months, generally 1 year later.

Stage 2

Once between age 9 - 13 years old (4^th grade of elementary school).

※Poliomyelitis

Twice between age 3 - 90 months, at more than 41 days intervals (Operated in Spring and Autumn sessions.)

※Tuberculosis

Once between age 3 - 6 months.
