•Traffic Accident
When traffic accidents occurred, first, you should give aid to the injured.
Where an ambulance is needed call 119. Then be sure to call the Police
at 110 and calmly report the contents of the accident, where the accident
happened, landmarks, and other necessary information.

•Burglary etc.
If you are the victim of a crime such as burglary, call
the Police at 110. Calmly tell them the place and the nature
of the crime as well as your address, name and phone number.
Take the time to note the location of the police office
or police box nearest to your home.

Emergency calls can be made without coins from a pay phone.
When making a call, pick up the receiver, push the red emergency
button and dial 110 for the Police of 119 for the Fire Department.
