The Osaka Sister City Associations Secretariat is thrilled to present "English Hour".
In our English Hour exchanges we will invite foreign guest speakers who reside in the Kansai area, where they will give presentations in English. The speaker and the audience will also have the opportunity converse together in English by having interactive discussions on various topics.
