For International Students

≪ Volunteer Project「Japanese Soy Sauce Workshop」≫

On December 7th (Saturday), Osaka International House holds a 「Japanese Soy Sauce Workshop」

In this workshop, let’s listen to a story about しょうゆ (soy sauce), a fermented seasoning widely used in Japanese cuisine. Under careful guidance of our Japanese artisan, we will learn how to make soy sauce. The artisan conveys traditional Japanese culture to foreigners living and working in Japan, helping you gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture.

Make sure to join us.
