Aside from providing information for international exchange activities and information to help visitors from overseas have a comfortable stay in Osaka, which is offered in various languages with the cooperation of volunteers, we also accept consultations in different fields.
In addition, with the cooperation of Osaka City, we have established an information counter for foreign residents, where foreign residents can consult in different languages.
Information Counter for Foreign Residents
To help foreigners live at ease, the Information Counter for Foreign Residents allows foreign residents to consult about administrative matters and matters related to daily life in various languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino and Japanese) .
We respond to telephone, e-mail or consultations in person.
* For consultations in any of the other 80 languages, machine translation is available at the counter.
