Mirai – Japanese Language Course for “Direct” Students

You will be taught by a certified Japanese teacher. Let’s listen to and imitate the teacher’s Japanese and talk about ourselves!

This class is for young learners (“direct” students) who have completed junior high school in their home country, come to Japan, and aim to enter
a Japanese high school.

Target Students

“Direct” students (i.e. students who have graduated from junior high school in their home country and are aiming to enter high school in Japan) with a beginner’s level of Japanese language proficiency.

Class Content

This Japanese language class is for young learners (“Direct” students) who have completed junior high school in their home country, have come to Japan, and aim to enter a Japanese high school. The goal of this course is to learn basic Japanese necessary for daily life, to discuss  themselves and their families, and at least to be able to read kana.

*Over the course of 20 lessons, the goal is for students to be able to discuss familiar topics. This is not a class focused on general grammar.

Date and Time

Class schedule for each Term between July 3, 2026 and February 12, 2027

Days of the week: Every Tuesday and Friday (20 lessons per Term, approximately 3 months)

Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Length of each Term

Term 1: July 3 – September 15

Term 2: August 4 – October 20

Term 3: September 1 – November 13

Term 4: October 2- December 11

Term 5: November 6 – December 25; January 5 – January 19, 2027

Term 6: December 1 – December 25; January 5 – February 12, 2027

Fee

18,000 yen *No refunds will be given even if you withdraw from the course midway through.

If you wish to participate, please contact us first. When you contact us, please state that you would like to participate in “Mirai”.
We will first conduct a phone interview and then schedule an in-person meeting on a later date. After the meeting, we will inform you whether your child can join the class.
