Information Counter
The Information Center aims to fulfill the needs of citizens and foreign residents living in Osaka by collecting and distributing information on multicultural coexistence, international understanding and support for international students. Reference library provides various books, videos, DVDs on international exchange and international newspapers and magazines. A notice board is available free of charge to advertise for language and culture exchange, employment and housing information.

The Information Counter provides information for citizens to become involved in international exchange activities, information to enable foreign residents to live comfortably in Osaka and guidance in foreign languages with cooperation of volunteers. The "Information Counter for Foreign Residents" tries to assist foreign residents living in Osaka through cooperation with ward offices and related institutions.
